   G'Day everybody! Just a quick update this week.  Hopefully I get to see many of you at the sports carnival on Thursday. IMPORTANT REMINDERS - Athletics Faction Carnival - Thursday 27th August - Pupil Free Day (Staff PD) - Friday 28th August - Catholic Day - No Student/Staff - Monday 31st August THROWS / JUMPS Congratulations to the students that jumped and threw their way to the podium over the last couple of weeks. Great job! A special mention to our Year 5J throwers that took out 1st, 2nd, 3 rd and 4th in both the girls and boys events.       Hey everybody!   We had a very special visitor to the classroom last Wednesday. Wilko appreciated the extra love that he received from all the students and the way that they remained really calm throughout the day. Wilko is still in recovery mode from his extended stay at the hospital but is definitely getting better each day and a day hanging out and listening to the kids read especially helps.
