Kaya Team 5J, Welcome to the Sunday Edition of the Class Blog. Unfortunately, I won't be at school tomorrow because I will be attending a funeral, so today is the day! I hope you are all having an excellent weekend and are ready to dive in to the last week of Term Three. I spent some time in the garden yesterday, preparing beds for my spring / summer seedlings but also digging up potatoes. If you have never grown potatoes before, I highly recommend it. Welcome to Week Eight! I hope all the dads out there had a great day on Sunday. I enjoyed an Eagle Bay Brewery lunch on Saturday with the In laws which was super. Harvested some potatoes and fennel from the garden, jumped in the water up at Bunker Bay and fixed some fencing from jumping kangaroos, so all in all, a pretty productive weekend. It's amazing what you can get down when there isn't any footy to distract you.
