I hope you all had a great weekend, although I'm sure some of you would've spent it indoors. Hopefully, we have seen the last of the illness that has swept through the class and we are all fighting fit for the holidays in 2 weeks!  This is how I saw my busy weekend out, on the water with a couple of squid in the esky and this view. We really do live in God's country... Looks like there will probably be some rain during the day, so please remind your child to pack a towel. Might see you out there if you are coming along to support the OLC teams. JUNIOR MASTER CHEF   This term, we have been learning about fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fibre, and how they affect the human body. The students will now begin to design a 3 course meal for a particular season (Summer or Winter) in the South West.  A requirement of this project is for your child to prepare one of the dishes on their menu at home
