 Hello Parents! I hope you are all having a great weekend and managing to get out and about. So much sport is going on at the moment! Good to see the Eagles hold on for a win on Saturday. The Olympics are on and the Interschool Cross Country is on this Thursday (fingers crossed). What a week! SEESAW APP: Your child will bring home an invitation this week to connect with the 5J classroom via the Seesaw App. Seesaw is an App that I'm sure many of you are already familiar with, but basically it is a platform that allows you to see some of the great work that your child is doing in the classroom.  Please note that this will be used purely as a means for you to keep up to date with your child's learning.  Hi everybody! I hope you had a lovely and productive weekend and enjoyed the awesome weather that was on offer. I managed to burn down my bonfire (quite large) which has been sitting there for a while. The video below is actually from the public holiday but it has taken a couple of extra efforts to burn the remaining logs. This now allows me to start preparing for my veggie patch because the bonfire was sitting in prime position. Enjoy! Once they have finished, we will spend some time with the Year Three classes and play the games. Welcome back to another week in paradise! I hope everyone managed to escape to their secret spot and enjoy the awesome run of weather we are having. I spent 3 days in the shapartment sealing the plywood walls and ceilings. It's definitely a job that I would highly recommend you all experiencing at least once in your life.  QUOTE OF THE WEEK ANZAC DAY SERVICE To those of you that came on Friday afternoon would agree at how well the students created an atmosphere that would have rivaled any Anzac commemoration.
